ABOUT DETAILING TECHNIQUES
Polymer based, bio-degradeable wash and wax conditioning soap.
Bio-degradable all-purpose cleaner for road grime and brake dust, wheels, wells and tires.
De-Ionized water is used at all times.  
De-Ionization  is the purest form of filtered water, will not leave spots on surface.
High pressure washers allow us to use 8 gallons of pure Di water.
Real cotton gauze baby diapers,  lint free, that do not shed, or collect large particles which could damage the vehicle, we also use chamois, and microfiber cloth.  
We wash and re-use our towels, no disposable towels are used.
On windows, we use NO chemicals, No ammonia, No colorants.  We use de-ionized water and a diaper.
Ultra powerful, Ultra quiet 58 decibel German made vacuums.
Selected soft hair china brushes for detailed cleaning in crevices, vents, in and around switches, and throughout the interior and exterior of the vehicle.  
A specialized, non-toxic, bio-degradable Interior cleaner.  This is safe for leather, vinyl, plastic, chrome, wood, powder coated surfaces, painted surfaces, headliners and many other surfaces inside the vehicle.  This will not leave a any residue.
Specialized plastic cleaner/conditioner and a microfiber cloth on gauges within the vehicle.  This helps to maintain optimum visibility of your dash console throughout the life of your vehicle.  
Specialized leather cleaner/conditioner, Lexol, formulated to absorb into the  hide, and preserve it. This will not leave a greasy residue.
Carpets are Vacuumed and compressed air cleaned first, Enzyme pre-cleaner  is given Time to allow the product to activate, then the carpets are cleaned using a 180 degree water extractor.  This is done until all remnants of the product, and stains are removed.  Diapers, and air are then used to dry the carpet completely.  
Stains are treated with a live enzyme cleaner.  It is activated with water, and the activation can be seen by the naked eye.  These will begin to eat any proteins they come in contact with.  (food, blood, bodily fluids, pet waste, etc.)
Special attachments for hard to reach areas.
Some times we need to remove the center console or seats to reach the problem area's.
We do not believe in masking odors with air fresheners, or neutralizers.  We will attack the root of the odor.  Scents are available if desired.  
The entire exterior of the car is done with 3M products to our high standards, This process is tested on a approved by Robert.
